Practical

What you need to know before coming to De Zomere B&B.

De Zomere is a historic, listed building from the late Middle Ages. The building is 4 floors high and the rooms are at +2 and up. As such, there are many stairs (no lift).

This means that our infrastructure is not adapted to people in wheelchairs or very small children.

Breakfast

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate and is served in the breakfast room at +1 between 8:00 and 10:00. In spring/summer, you can also have breakfast in the courtyard. Please mention possible allergies when checking in.

Our breakfast room is flooded with light and heated in winter by a large wood-burning stove (affectionately called the Hulk). All our products are local, including the dishware made by Anne Perneel.

No holiday breakfast without fresh orange juice, of course. And you get to press that yourself here!

Indoor garden

Although De Zomere is located right in the historic centre of Bruges, we have a spacious courtyard with lots of greenery. The perfect place to relax after a whole day exploring the city. Unwind away from the hustle and bustle and listen to the soothing splashing of the pond and the birds chirping in the boxwood tree.

*Please note: the taps in the garden do not provide drinkable water. Drinkable water is available from all taps located inside the building.
